class=\"jlm-gmdss-body\">\n        <p>Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) ialah prosedur keselamatan, jenis peralatan dan protokol komunikasi yang dipersetujui diperingkat antarabangsa untuk memastikan keselamatan kapal dan mempermudahkan aktiviti carilamat bagi kapal, bot atau kapal terbang yang dalam kecemasan.<\/p>\n        <p>GMDSS terdiri dari beberapa sistem baru atau sedia ada yang telah beroperasi sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk: memberi amaran (termasuk kedudukan unit yang dalam kesusahan), penyelarasan carilamat, pengesanan, penyaluran informasi keselamatan maritim, komunikasi am, dan komunikasi kapal ke kapal\/pusat panggilan kecemasan. Sistem ini juga perlu mempunyai sandaran kedua bagi tujuan isyarat kecemasan dan bekalan kuasa kecemasan.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-section\">\n      <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-heading\"><span>NAVTEX<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-body\">\n        <p>NAVTEX (NAVigational TEleX), atau lebih dikenali sebagai Navtex or NavTex, adalah servis cetakan automasi frekuensi rendah antarabangsa bagi tujuan penyaluran maklumat navigasi, amaran dan ramalan meteorologi, dan juga maklumat keselamatan maritim (MSI) kepada kapal. Navtex disediakan bagi memberi penyediaan perkhidmatan yang murah, mudah, dan penerimaan maklumat automatik di atas kapal yang berada dalam lingkungan 370 km (200 batu nautika) dari darat.<\/p>\n        <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-images\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/develop.marine.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20210728160404-88ed0-navtex.jpg\" alt=\"NAVTEX\" loading=\"lazy\">\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-section\">\n      <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-heading\"><span>Digital Selective Calling<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"jlm-gmdss-body\">\n        <p><strong>Digital selective calling<\/strong> atau <strong>DSC<\/strong> ialah piawai untuk menghantar mesej digital menggunakan saluran frekuensi sederhana (MF), frekuensi tinggi (HF) dan frekuensi teramat tinggi (VHF) sistem radio maritim.
