Portal Use

- Visitors wishing to use facilities such as forums are required to register as a security measure to prevent undesirable incidents.
- Visitors must ensure that files sent as attachments are free of viruses.
- Visitors are fully responsible for the information they submit.
- All information to be published on the portal must be approved by the Head of Division or Department.
- Agency or company websites that require a link to or from this portal must obtain the permission of the Head of Department.
- Unauthorised access to, or attempts to hack, the portal are prohibited.
