PUTRAJAYA, 13 August 2026 – YBhg. Datuk Haji Dickson bin Dollah, Director General of Maritime Affairs, attended the Monthly Assembly and Launch of the 2026 National Month of the Ministry of Transport Malaysia (MOT) which took place on 13 August 2026 at the RAC Central Hall, Ministry of Transport, Putrajaya.
The ceremony, officiated by YB Loke Siew Fook, Minister of Transport, brought together the Top Management as well as MOT staff and departments/agencies under it to ignite the spirit of patriotism in conjunction with National Month.
Among the main highlights of the event were the launch of several MOT initiatives, the presentation of certificates of appreciation, the Vehicle Handover Session to Departments and Agencies under MOT, and the Flying the Jalur Gemilang event.
The Malaysian Marine Department (JLM) remains committed to supporting the Government's aspirations by strengthening its determination to provide efficient, responsive and effective services to the people and the country.
